BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp Fitness is a high-intensity workout program designed to improve overall fitness levels and build strength and endurance. Inspired by military-style training, boot camp workouts typically incorporate a combination of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and interval training techniques. During a boot camp session, participants engage in a variety of exercises such as running, sprinting, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges, and kettlebell exercises.

BAHA-ZUMBA

Zumba is a popular dance fitness program that combines aerobic exercise with various dance styles. We have added a J-Line twist with a Bahamian version. In a typical Zumba class, participants follow an instructor who leads the class through a series of choreographed dance routines set to energetic music. In our Class we simply have fun, no stress, no worries, just simple, enjoyable fat burning fun!

SOCA AEROBICS

Soca aerobics is a form of exercise that combines aerobic movements with the lively and energetic music of soca. Soca aerobics classes typically involve a series of aerobic exercises and dance routines set to soca music. These classes aim to provide a fun and high-energy workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and overall body conditioning.

Instructor: Pinky     Class Day & Time: Wednesday 5:30pm
